To maintain this high standard of service, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

    • Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $75 cancellation fee. This fee helps us manage the impact on our schedule and ensure continued quality service for all clients.

    • Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. This fee allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and minimize disruptions.

  • Estimated Time of Arrival Policy

    To optimize our daily operations and ensure exceptional service for all clients, we operate within a 2-hour estimated time of arrival (ETA) window. This approach allows us to effectively manage our schedule while accounting for various factors such as traffic conditions or extended time required to meet the specific cleaning needs of previous clients.

    If you schedule an appointment between 1:00 PM and 3:00PM, our team will either provide you with a specific arrival time or will arrive within that 2-hour window. We want to assure you that, just as we extend our commitment to excellence to previous clients, you will receive the same level of dedicated service during your appointment.

  • This is one of the most frequently asked questions, and understandably so. However, there is no fixed time frame for cleaning a home, as each residence is unique. While we strive to maintain high standards of quality in our work, we prefer not to provide a rigid time estimate.

    As a general guideline, a typical cleaning for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home may take approximately 2 to 4 hours.

    The duration of the cleaning will vary significantly based on the size of the home and the specific level of cleaning required. We take pride in our attention to detail, and our goal is for our work to speak for itself.

  • All of our cleaners have at least 2 years and other over 15 years of experience in residential cleaning and are well trained.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

    • Complimentary Redo Service: If you are not fully satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, we will return to rectify any missed areas or spots at no additional cost.

    • Notification Requirement: We kindly ask that you notify us of any issues within 24 hours of the completion of your cleaning service. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.

  • No, not unless you would like us to or unless there is no way for us to get out any particular stain or “gunk” build up – we may resort to a heavier all purpose cleaner with minimal chemical composition.

  • YES! We are pleased to inform you that we do accept special requests. Please feel free to contact us directly with your specific needs,

  • Cleanings are processed on the date of service. Future services will receive the frequency discount.

  • You can certainly schedule a cleaning service even if no one will be home. There is a location on check out page to provide access instructions for our staff to enter your premises. This ensures that we can perform the cleaning as scheduled while maintaining your security and convenience.

  • We currently accept payments exclusively through credit card transactions via our website. This ensures a secure and efficient payment process for our clients.

  • Yes we do. Please leave clean linens and we will make the bed with your clean linens.
